Since our products are digital in nature (online courses, downloadable resources, and professional certifications), we have established the following policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all our students.


1. Digital Product Policy

All courses, webinars, and digital study materials available on Excellion Academy are considered “Digital Products.” Unlike physical goods, digital products are accessible immediately after purchase. Therefore, once a course is accessed or any material is downloaded, the service is considered “consumed.”

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee under the following specific conditions:

  • No Access: The user has purchased the course but has not yet logged into the learning portal or accessed any video lessons.

  • Technical Issues: If there is a verified technical defect in the course material that prevents the student from learning, and our technical team is unable to resolve it within 72 hours of being notified.

  • Double Payment: In the event of a technical glitch resulting in a duplicate charge for the same course.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the student has completed more than 10% of the course curriculum.

  • If any downloadable resources (PDFs, Templates, Checklists) associated with the course have been downloaded.

  • If the refund request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • Change of mind or lack of time to complete the course.

  • Issues arising from the user’s internet connection or incompatible hardware/software.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@excellionacademy.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Order ID]”.

  2. Provide a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

  3. Our compliance team will review your account activity and technical logs to verify eligibility.

  4. You will receive a response regarding the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed through your original method of payment (Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, or Mobile Wallet).

  • Please note that it may take 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • Any transaction fees or taxes charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable.

6. Course Substitutions

In certain cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a “Course Swap.” If you accidentally purchased the wrong module, you can request to be moved to a different course of equal value, provided you have not started the original course yet.

7. Policy Changes

Excellion Academy reserves the right to modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
