03 Fixed Asset Register (FAR) Building and maintaining an accurate asset register as the
central record of all fixed assets.
04 Physical Verification & Tagging Conducting physical audits, applying asset tags, and reconciling
counts with the register.
05 Depreciation & Valuation Applying depreciation methods, estimating useful lives, and
maintaining accurate carrying values.
06 Transfers & Usage Managing inter-departmental transfers, location changes, and
tracking asset utilisation.
07 Disposal & Retirement Handling write-offs, sales, and scrapping — including
accounting for gains or losses on disposal.
